Definitions of terms used in this chart
‘Application’: Feez the application and all of its pages and screens.
Editor ‘: Croissance 3W, responsible for editing and content of the application.
‘User’: The user visiting and using the application services.
Introduction and role of the chart
This charter is to inform you of the implementation of commitments with regard to respect your privacy and protection of your personal data, collected and processed in connection with your use of the application.
If the application requires registration, by registering you agree to provide true information about yourself. Communicating false information is contrary to the General Conditions of the application.
You can at any time make a request to Feez to know what information about you is held by Feez, to object to their treatment, the altered or deleted and that, by contacting the editor at address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Data collected in the application
The data collected and further processed by the application are ones you can send us voluntarily by filling in various forms available within the application. For certain operations on the contents, you may be asked to transmit data about you to third-party partners through their own services, specifically when you can make payments. We will not have such data, their collection and processing is governed by the conditions for these stakeholders. We invite you to check the conditions before providing your data in this context.
Your IP address (identification number assigned to your device over the Internet) can be collected automatically. You are informed that the application is likely to implement an automatic tracing process (Cookie or other files stored when using the application on the device, connected or not to the Internet), which can hinder in amending the relevant settings for your device or application.
Contact information for application users who have registered on it will be stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. According to the latter, they have a right to access, removal, modification or correction of the data they provided. For this, they need only make a request to the following email address: email@example.com.
The collection of personal data of members by the publisher of the application has been declared to the French authority for personal data protection (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés – CNIL).
Aims of the data collected
The data identified as mandatory on forms of application are necessary in order to benefit from the corresponding functionalities of the application and more specifically the operations on the contents available in it.
Data collected automatically by the application can afford to make statistics on the consultation of its pages and monitor the use of its features, the course of installing and uninstalling the device.
Recipients and use of collected data
Your data collected by us are processed for the purposes of execution of transactions on the application of content.
You are likely to receive emails and notifications of application, particularly in the context of newsletters. You can request not to receive these e-mails by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on the link provided for this purpose in each email that will be sent to you.
You are informed that your data may be disclosed pursuant to any law, regulation or pursuant to a decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority or, if necessary, for the purposes, for editor, to protect its rights and interests.
Data retention period
Data is stored at the host, whose details are included in the imprint of the application, and are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above. In accordance with Article L. 34-1-V code of postal and electronic communications, the application collects location data, it must allow the user to make their express agreement during installation and change this choice thereafter.
Using the application’s geolocation feature requires the prior express consent of the user to be geolocated. For this the user will activate, if desired, geotagging directly in the settings of their mobile terminal and accept that the application can be used. This can, at any time and without charge, be disabled or enabled.
With the acceptance of geotagging by GPS device and application, the following services are offered to the user: Feez uses the geolocation service to operate mobile and display the data. The device then calculates its position itself.
Disabling geolocation application and / or geolocation device blocks the services offered by the application that are related and géociblées displaying advertisements.
